4/12/07        Eliminated "Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil" from all Kenny's Brand & Bulk
                   products we manufacture and put "Sunflower Oil" in its place.  We are updating
                   our packaging as we need to re-order.  All ingredient & nutritional
                   statements on this website are current and reflect how we are
                   producing our Kenny's Brand & Bulk products today.

4/12/07        All Kenny's Brand & Bulk formulas have been re-formulated to create a piece
                   that is initially softer AND remains softer over time.

4/12/07        Kenny's Candy has added four (4) new flavors of Wiley Wallaby Australian
                   Style Soft Gourmet Liquorice to our product line up.  The new Wiley Wallaby
                   flavors are available in Bulk and 10 oz. metalized, gusseted, stand up resealable
                   bags that can be pegged.  The new Wiley Wallaby flavors are:
                              Red             Green Apple
                              Black           Watermelon

1/1/08         Kenny's Candy has added two (2) new bag sizes to its Wiley Wallaby Australian
                  Style Soft Gourmet Liquorice product line.  The new bags are 4.5 oz. printed film
                  bags and they are available in the Red & Black Wiley Wallaby flavors.

1/1/08         Kenny's Candy decided to discontinue the following items:
                              2 oz. Sour Bitter Berry               (in both count goods & vending)
                              2 oz. Sour Green Apple              (in both count goods & vending)
                              2.25 oz. Juicy Cherry Bites          (in both count goods & vending)
                              4 oz. Mixed Chews                    (in vending)
                              10 oz. Pineapple Juicy Twists
                              Bulk Pineapple Juicy Twists

1/1/08         Kenny's Candy added its 6 oz. Juicy Cherry Bites to its Vend product line up.

2/1/08         Kenny's Candy redesigned its 10 oz. Juicy Twist line and changed the bag
                  weight.  The new line is a 9 oz. Juicy Twist line and the packaging has been
                  redesigned to look like our 6 oz. Juicy Twist line.  By redesigning the packaging,
                  it gives us a more dynamic look and greater brand recognition.

3/12/08      As a clarification issue, Kenny's Candy uses processing aides (IE Anti-stick agent).
                 Processing aides are exempt from declaration on the packaging labels of finished
                 goods in the USA.  Therefore, processing aides are not listed in our USA product
                 ingredient statements.  Check into your own countries ingredient listing
                 requirements.

7/1/08        Kenny's Candy added the 4.5 oz. Red & Black Wiley Wallaby items to its Vend
                 product line up.

12/1/08      Completed a 48,000 sq. ft. plant and warehouse expansion.  Total facility is now
                 100,000 sq. ft. in size.

1/1/09        Changed our 96/6 oz. Juicy Twist Shipper to a 2-Flavor Shipper due to production
                  costs.  The 2-Flavor Juicy Twist Shipper now contains 48 bags each of our 6 oz.
                  Green Apple Juicy Twists and our Watermelon Juicy Twists.
